Cristyn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Although very necessary I was dreading this process; however Cristyn not only made it easy but also explained things to me in away that helped me make the right decisions. I wish I could give ten stars.

She took care of our complicated same sex blended family trust with ease as well as wills and living wills. We want to enthusiastically share our experience with Cristyn Kelly, Attorney, at Althaus Law. We moved to Colorado from California and wanted to update our Revocable Living Trust, Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directive, all estate planning documents we know have become more important to have organized as we advance in age. Cristyn is organized and obviously experienced with Colorado law. She quoted many provisions of the Colorado law as compared to California law from memory. We started out only wanting to add our grandson to our inheritance documents but learned we needed to change to Colorado documents now that we reside in Colorado. All our personal information was collected and Cristyn met us only one week after our initial meeting with our new Documents. She explained each to us in a very organized way, certified our signatures and gained two new pleased clients.
