I'm military and Robert understood that time is important and didn't jam a bunch of legal garbage at me. He kept it short, sweet, and wanted to know some specifics. It was an easy conversation and he made it easy to decide I was with the right team.

Consultation went well. Attorney was about 5 minutes late for consultation but apologized and made up the time. Attorney explained services well, expectations, the costs, etc...

We hired Robinson and Henry to handle two cases where customers owed us $40,000 for our services. From the start, we made it clear that we didn’t want to proceed if it meant spending a lot of time and money, especially if there was any chance we could lose. The attorneys assured us repeatedly that we wouldn’t lose and that we were 100% in the right. However, every strategy they suggested failed to get us paid, and eventually, we were counter-sued with completely fictional claims. We couldn’t just walk away at that point—we had to continue because now we were being sued. In the end, we spent nearly $200,000 and almost two years to reach mediation, where our options were to walk away or spend tens of thousands more on a trial, with no guarantee of recovering all our legal fees. The mediator, who saw how much we had spent for so little work, even advised us that we would likely not recover all our costs. By our calculations, even if we had won but were only awarded a fraction of the attorney fees, we would have been losing money anyway. This entire experience was a complete waste of our money, time, and mental health. The stress not only drained our company’s profits for over a year but also set us back years in our future plans and caused significant strain on our marriage. We’ve lost all trust in the legal system and attorneys because of this experience and cannot recommend this firm to anyone.
