Doing a Bankruptcy is never easy but if you have Todd Wagner on your side it is. He helped me every step along this journey and was always prepared to answer any question. His staff was always professional handling calls and question. Keep in mind doing a bankruptcy requires work on your part so it helps if you get your homework (yes, homework) must be on time. But Todd will be there to let you what needs doing and when it needs to be done. Finally, his prices are fair and he treats each individual fairly. He worked with me and that made the road easier.

Outstanding. Absolutely impeccable customer service. In times like these, its so important to find someone who you can trust. We had to make the decision to declare bankruptcy. It's not an easy decision. You have to deal with ego and pride first. You have to accept that maybe you bought things you didn't need, or you took too many trips. Or you're one the unfortunates that hard times found you, despite your best efforts. When we made our first appointment with Todd, I was a little taken aback. Here's a man whose wearing a polo and jeans. Dressed nicely yes, I would say comfort casual. Good for a friends barbecue; not an attorneys's apparel. Hear me when I say this, DO NOT BE FOOLED BY HIS APPEARANCE. He is endowed with an enormous stantion of knowledge, and his laid back appearance is part of his camouflage. He's smart, funny, approachable, and most importantly; an absolute wall against creditors. He takes no nonsense from them, and he and his staff stand in front of you to clear the way through the phone calls, and the harassment. He explains everything in detail, and makes himself easy to reach, easy to understand. He alleviated all of our fears, told me to that this happens to A LOT of people. People with degrees, people without..it doesn't matter. Todd is without a doubt, a true diamond in the rough. I cannot promise that this is going to be the easiest thing for you. It's scary and hard to make this decision, but if you have to make it; Todd Wagner is your guy. I promise you, you will not regret choosing him.
