Jeremy and Rebecca were great helping with my case they kept me informed every step or the way and really took that stress away from me by handling my case in the best way possible I am very thankful for everything.

Jeremy was knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. He never sugar coated things with me and told me what he thought, straight up. He also made sure to look at the situation from all angles to give me the best chance at the outcomes I wanted. My biggest concern was being able to keep my commercial driver's license. Jeremy was able to help me maintain my innocence at every stage of the case and the DA specifically cited the motions we filed as the reason for making such a favorable offer. They went from a DUI (12 point offense) to careless driving (4 point offense) after the DA initially refused and we forced them to trial. I was able to keep my licenses and received unsupervised probation. He was cost-conscious, always gave me a detailed receipt of my costs upfront, and obtained a successful result without even having to travel down and be present at my hearing. I never had a hard time getting ahold of him and if for some reason he wasnt available at the time he was always quick to get back to me.

If there was more stars to add I would, Jeremy Wooten and his paralegal Rebecca did a excellent Job of defending me, this was a tough case, a lot of harmful things were said that were not true, but Jeremy stood firm and crushed all the false accusations against me, we were able to maintain Custody with my Son. I will definitely use him the future when my son is school age to get full custody

Sadly, I've had to work with multiple attorneys; fortunately, I ended with Jeremy Wooten. Jeremy is top class, and this cannot be understated. I only wish my testimony here could do justice to the true disparity created by the competency of Jeremy. Jeremy supported me through both a criminal and domestic case. During both, simultaneously, he illustrated a level of competence becoming of the top 1% in his field: his acumen, thoroughness, and efficiency trounced everyone around him. Jeremy is humble and conscientious: if he is even slightly concerned there is knowledge out there which may support his/his client's direction, he is ultimately resourceful and efficient in such endeavors. He will get the correct answer with full confidence utilizing specialized resources. This is critical. 3. Jeremy is available, attentive, hard-working, and trustworthy. It was my experience that I could expect endeavors/processes to move efficiently, responsiveness, and integrity in billing. 4. Jeremy is supported by elite paralegals in Burnham Law. Specifically, Rebecca Lewis is BAD. TO. THE. BONE. This woman gets stuff done, and she's an absolute pleasure to work with in doing so. You literally can't ask for a better paralegal - there are seemingly zero holes in her game. The spectrum of value within the market of defense attorneys (and firms) is a sad state. It can be quite demoralizing and expensive to source a good attorney. With that, I implore you, look no further. Jeremy will take care of you at the level you would hope for, and I can honestly claim, Jeremy is a wise choice for any defense needs. Personally, I plan to keep Jeremy on retainer for as long as I possibly can, just because I've come to respect and appreciate him so much, and never know when I'll even just want some random advise.

Jeremy is an outstanding lawyer. He is compassionate and understanding but what I enjoyed most about working with him was that he never beat around the bush, he was honest and upfront even if a situation would have been not in my favor and he didn’t sugarcoat it.
