Very caring and compassionate folks here. From the receptionist to the attorneys. My questions were answered thoroughly and I felt like life was going to be okay. Update.... while I was very impressed by their initial vigor to be there for me and help me out, it was clear that all that was wanted was money. Lots of money. They charged me for so many odd items, it made my head spin. They not only charge for phone calls, etc, but they also charge for 'preparation' to do these things. I ended up further in a financial hole with no positive outcome. It's very difficult to succeed at getting out of a financial mess when you're being financially drained in the process by the people who are supposed to be helping you. I understand, everyone needs to make money, but charging outlandish fees for such simple tasks. It's the only industry where this seems to happen and I think it's a tragedy. Charge for the actual work. Leave it there, cut and dry.
