The team was very professional and timely. I was given good advice on one concern about a niece and nephew. Twice, however, my children were discussed in detail. I have no children.

Mikayla was my attorney after my initial attorney left the practice. She did a great job working through my long exhausting 2.5 year child custody case. We won custody of my children. Many thanks to her. She was prompt with her communications and explained the situations accurately. Would highly recommend her. As for the Colorado court system??!!! Horrible!!

This firm is amazing and while dealing with them, I needed to call back a few times. I was always getting ahold of Amy Gold. She is amazing and very professional. Every time I spoke with her, she delivered the messages correctly and was able to get back to me without a lot of wait. While dealing with Amy, it made the issue I was there for easier to deal with. Jeremy was knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. He never sugar coated things with me and told me what he thought, straight up. He also made sure to look at the situation from all angles to give me the best chance at the outcomes I wanted. My biggest concern was being able to keep my commercial driver's license. Jeremy was able to help me maintain my innocence at every stage of the case and the DA specifically cited the motions we filed as the reason for making such a favorable offer. They went from a DUI (12 point offense) to careless driving (4 point offense) after the DA initially refused and we forced them to trial. I was able to keep my licenses and received unsupervised probation. He was cost-conscious, always gave me a detailed receipt of my costs upfront, and obtained a successful result without even having to travel down and be present at my hearing. I never had a hard time getting ahold of him and if for some reason he wasnt available at the time he was always quick to get back to me.

My experience at Burnham Law was excellent from day one! If there was more stars to add I would, Jeremy Wooten and his paralegal Rebecca did a excellent Job of defending me, this was a tough case, a lot of harmful things were said that were not true, but Jeremy stood firm and crushed all the false accusations against me, we were able to maintain Custody with my Son. I will definitely use him the future when my son is school age to get full custody
