Jeremy Wooten and his paralegal, Rebecca Lewis went above and beyond for me. They both were so attentive to listen to my wants and needs throughout my court case. They both were very knowledgeable and were always there to answer any questions and/or concerns I had during my legal process. The best lawyer-paralegal duo in the state of Colorado!

I had an amazing experience with Burnham Law. From the moment I spoke to someone, I felt completely comfortable and cared for. The paralegal team took care of me from cradle to grave. They were very professional, caring and compassionate. Highly recommended!

Sadly, I've had to work with multiple attorneys; fortunately, I ended with Jeremy Wooten with Burnham Law. For the record, I went through 3 attorneys within Burnham. To their credit, they were reasonable in the event changes were needed. That said.. Jeremy is top class, and this cannot be understated. I only wish my testimony here could do justice to the true disparity created by the competency of Jeremy. Jeremy supported me through both a criminal and domestic case. During both, simultaneously, he illustrated a level of competence becoming of the top 1% in his field: his acumen, thoroughness, and efficiency trounced everyone around him. Without intent to disparage his opposition, I must say, when it came time for trial, he put on an absolute masterclass display: 1. Jeremy's direct acumen lends to an extremely high confidence in outcome. As we know, the litigation and trial process is quite complex. Therein, thorough knowledge and, more importantly, the relative application of such knowledge is what creates outcomes and ensures clients are adequately and accurately represented. Therein, Jeremy illustrated competence and diligence at a level one can only wish for, let alone expect. 2. Jeremy is humble and conscientious: if he is even slightly concerned there is knowledge out there which may support his/his client's direction, he is ultimately resourceful and efficient in such endeavors. He will get the correct answer with full confidence utilizing specialized resources. This is critical. 3. Jeremy is available, attentive, hard-working, and trustworthy. It was my experience that I could expect endeavors/processes to move efficiently, responsiveness, and integrity in billing. 4. Jeremy is supported by elite paralegals in Burnham Law. Specifically, Rebecca Lewis is BAD. TO. THE. BONE. This woman gets stuff done, and she's an absolute pleasure to work with in doing so. You literally can't ask for a better paralegal - there are seemingly zero holes in her game. The spectrum of value within the market of defense attorneys (and firms) is a sad state. It can be quite demoralizing and expensive to source a good attorney. With that, I implore you, look no further. Jeremy will take care of you at the level you would hope for, and I can honestly claim, Jeremy is a wise choice for any defense needs. Personally, I plan to keep Jeremy on retainer for as long as I possibly can, just because I've come to respect and appreciate him so much, and never know when I'll even just want some random advise.

An attorney at this law firm lied straight to the judge. So if you want to go ahead and lie about your case to win, these are your people. Caught on camera about all the lies they told to the judge. Shameful attorneys they hire at this law firm.

My experience dealing with Evan and Leslie has been phenomenal. Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable assistance.

Would give less stars , standard attorney sharks, POS. Gave $5,000 and after 2 months after no legal action, only their "fake" fees and meetings.....that $5,000 was gone. Only "junior" lawyers here, they are a joke, your. GO ELSE WHERE YOUR LIFE WILL BE SOOOO MUCH BETTER

Started out with a seasoned attorney that we hired. He ended up leaving the firm and we were reassigned to another young, inexperienced attorney that wasted not only 9months of our time but almost 10k in attorney fees and got nothing accomplished on our case. We were told our case was pretty cut and dry due to the facts, only to have it over complicated by the attorneys at Burnham law. This was the 2nd time for us using Burnham law. The first time was great and the attorney was fantastic. We found out after we hired a new firm and attorney that most of the seasoned attorneys at Burnham law have all left leaving mostly new fairly inexperienced staff. I Do Not and Would Not Recommend this firm to anyone.

Attorney Kayla Wingard represented me in an alimony termination case. She was steadfast, reliable, and diligent in her duties and responsibilities during this entire process. I would like to add that after having worked closely with her, not only do I have the utmost respect for her professionally, but now consider her a friend.

Every single person I encountered was inept, incompetent, asinine and rude. Do NOT go here!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my dear friend. She was referred to this firm by another firm and to say the process was difficult is an understatement. She was passed around to 3 different attorneys during the course of her divorce due to those attorneys leaving Burnham law. Instead of charging the firm the hours it took to get each attorney up to date and familiar with her case they charged her each and every time a new attorney had to take over the case due to another leaving. There is obviously a lack of stability within the firm and given hindsight she would have chosen a different firm completely. If you don’t mind paying for their employee turnarounds (costing $35k total without having to go to trial) this is the perfect place to get your divorce handled through.

Mikayla and her team gave me peace of mind, handled all the paperwork and details, and made this difficult time less stressful. I appreciate the attention to detail and how quickly they responded to my questions and concerns.

I am writing this review on behalf of my husband’s experience with Jeremy Wooten. Jeremy was assigned to my husband’s case after his 2 previous attorneys left the firm. My husband was stressed, for obvious reasons. Upon taking over his case, Jeremy worked extremely hard to get caught up to speed. He was professional and extremely kind.
