I set up a consultation with them, got the forms to sign to start with them...questioned some parts in there that didn't seem comfortable like "we can bill you without notification to you about any of it". Then I got ghosted after repeatedly asking to speak to someone about the contract. This is why bigger firms get in over their head, they don't seem to really care about the client. I would look elsewhere
