Had a free consultation with Joe Novak today. He helped me with my HOA issues. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and caring. He gave me wonderful advice I will be following. Highly recommended!

To set up our first initial consultation. I explained thoroughly over the phone exactly what my partner and I were needing so they could find the right lawyer for our case. We were really looking forward in getting some legal advise and some answers to our questions so we can move forward. During the first 15 minutes of our consultation, Tristan apologized and told us she wasn't the type of lawyer we needed. She said she would connect us to the right lawyer right after we hung up. We heard nothing. I called the next day to explain what happened and asked why were we set up with the wrong lawyer. They were just as confused as I was because they reassured me that Tristan "was" the right one for our case. They tried to set up another appointment with her again. Of course I declined and we are looking elsewhere.
