Biggest mistake. All they do is take all of your money and constantly ask for more.

Overall poor representation. We were told the issue could cost us 5k or 50k, which we were prepared to spend. It quickly became evident that billable hours were more important than quality representation. Our attorneys racked up massive costs 150x the damages in our case and nearly 3x the maximum it would cost to resolve our issue. The attorney continuing the case despite our requests to drop the suit once the primary issue in the case was resolved, all the way back in Dec. of 2021. We had a court date in April 2022 and our attorneys pushed for a continuance against our wishes, which doubled the cost we had already incurred. Additionally, the attorneys neglected to properly amend claims during their investigation, which they were then unable to argue in court. The lack of preparation and shifting us between multiple attorneys left us exposed. It resulted in a judgement against us as plaintiffs, which would not have happened if our attorneys had listened to us and either dropped the case or went to court without pursuing a continuance we didn't want. When we attempted to work something out with the firm, we were told "you won and got the outcome you wanted" so we should be happy. Dan Chandler audibly laughed at us when we tried to resolve the issue and even acknowledged that what he offered was insulting. Nevermind the fact that many of the motions they had to respond to would not have happened if they had followed our request to drop the suit or to go to trial at the first trial date. Their mistakes cost us significantly more money and the resulted in us having to make major, costly alterations to our property. Avoid this firm, otherwise you'll simply spend 6 figures + with nothing to show for it.

I had a great consultation experience with Jon Topolewski. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me understand what my options were. Although it turned out that he couldn't take my case (as a personal injury defendant) it was a pleasure talking to him, as he was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Of all the calls made to (literally) a dozen attorneys/firms, Robinson & Henry was the only firm to help me. The caliber of their staff is exceptional and rare - from the person who took my initial assessment (sadly, I do not remember her name), to Alfred Smart, and Dylan Becker. I felt heard and understood each step of the way. The Cease and Desist letter Dylan wrote was a seamless narrative that included all the details of my situation. It also provided legal precedent should I have to pursue further legal action. I am so grateful for Robinson & Henry and their team.

I have experienced a terrible situation. All they care about is money. I went from owing 1300. To 7000 in less than 24 hours. With no arrangement. No actual communication. I understand I’m supposed to keep my retainer full and I don’t want anyone to work for free. But it’s truly ridiculous. Than the same day they hop off my case. Telling me I have until the 30th but did it ahead of that. No structure or communication. They only care about money. That’s it. My actual lawyer was fine. The firm itself is just truly awful. If you want to have a firm that truly cares for you and truly cares about your case I’d recommend going somewhere else. I also referred someone to them. And they received a worse experience. I will not recommend anyone to this firm.

So far responses have been great after an initial issue with the company's emails landing in my spam folder. I am quite happy with the help I am receiving and will add more once my matter is resolved.

Outstanding performance and pure professionalism from my attorney Racheal Bentley. Although pricing is fairly expensive, I believe the price is and was well worth it for the amount of due care and due diligence my team put into my case. I highly recommend this firm.

I used the family law side for a divorce. My ex and his lawyer were bullies and intent on intimidating me into a settlement that would have caused long term harm. My lawyer Julia Avellaneda handled them with poise and allowed none of that. Ms. Avellaneda was amazing. She stood up for me, allowed me to feel what I was feeling and then gave good advice. In court she was prepared and organised. She got my case presented in a concise detailed way. No one wins in a divorce but I got a better outcome then I expected and due to this will be able to recover from the whole process faster then expected. Good representation matters. I would recommend Ms. Avellaneda and her law firm with no reservations.

Richard Schmittel was so helpful with my issue. He made sure he communicated clearly and efficiently. He made sure I understood every step along the way, and handled the issue quickly. He took every step necessary while being mindful of the cost of his services so not to do anything unnecessarily. He was friendly and quick to respond to all my questions.
