Mr. Longo was extraordinarily kind and helpful with my questions. I was completely lost when I was involved in an accident while riding in an Uber. The driver did not follow the protocol, so I had no idea what to do. Mr. Longo was very quick to point me in the right direction, and respond to my questions. I haven't even retained the firm yet, and I feel like they've gone above and beyond what a regular law firm would do.

Took two full years to resolve my case, but Stephen helped each part of the way. He always responded to questions quickly and if it didn't make sense he took the time to explain it to me in laymen's terms. He was willing and ready to fight the insurance company when they tried to backtrack their initial statements. He was more patient than I was in the waiting times, which was definitely a blessing. He listened to my concerns, and gave advice but never pushed. He supported each crazy step in my seemingly neverending medical care with what I was comfortable with, way after med pay ran out. Price wise he was the best out there after I called several offices (and most personable), but he was in no way "cheap" regarding quality. He worked very hard and put me, the client, first everytime. I pray I never have to use him again, but if so I know where to go.

Came across this gentlemen on a Sunday evening for a situation that was not even his expertise and after calling 15+ firms he was the only one who pick up the phone and not just referred someone to fit better my case he offered me peace of mind. Amazing professional and even though we did not have the chance to work together I will definitely consider his office in case one day I need legal representation. She even went above and beyond by explaining to my sons via FaceTime, what would happen with the trust when I passed.
