Joanna came as a strong recommendation from my SVP to replace a well-known Chicago based attorney group that had been sitting on my immigration case for years. She was so thorough, discovered that I was a great candidate for multiple visa types given my entrepreneurial background and, when I decided to leave my then employer, she was so professional in advising me of my options and safeguarding my interests just as well as she did those of my old company. Joanna is a very great lawyer, she helps me with my H-1B application. She answers all my questions during the application. At the very beginning, she listed every document that I need to prepare for the application. She explicitly explains the timeline for me so I can understand what phase I am currently at. This helps me a lot with what I need to do at each period. Although I got RFE during the application, she basically handled everything for me and explain the reason why I am being RFE. She prepared every document for me so that nothing I have to do at that time.
