Very pleasant first impression. Just had one visit with her so far. She was recommended by the man who has the Secret Garden near 18th Street in Old Colorado City who worked with her over many years.

Ms. Kush's experience saved us a lot of money by not getting distracted by non-relevant issues. She is very knowledgeable and fair and we are extremely happy with the cust7ody and divorce outcome.

I didn't choose Joi as my attorney - she was assigned to my case by my attorney but I wasn't informed of the change - I just started getting emails from her. Joi was very nice and professional, thus the 2 stars. Yet, she didn't review all the evidence I presented nor did she get back to me on all my questions. When I referenced the evidence I gave her, she wasn't familiar with it so my assumption was she didn't review it, or retain the information if she had reviewed it. Unfortunately, I had to find another attorney.
