They missed everything I said I felt Brent didn't listen at all n now I'm looking for another attorney you just used me n $2500 for nothing n communication isnt good

I do not recommend hiring this company to represent you! I spent over 40,000 trying to get custody of my stepdaughter that I have raised from 1 and half, my lawyer told me minimal I would get 50/50 custody as I have been sole provider, and her mom from 1.5, only to go to court with an uneducated, lawyer that didn't call any witnesses, no gal for my daughter, or cfi! After my court date, I left with less than what I had before going to court. Nothing, it is unethical and unprofessional on all levels how this company works, all they care about is the money! Not to mention all the different motions and things I was charged for that was never filed

This company will just eat your money and you will never see a day in court. Spent over 3000 on “attorney fees, paper work, emails phone calls” for my daughters custody ( keep in mind her dad isn’t fighting) & I have yet to see a day in court, going on 4 months. Now they want me to deposit ANOTHER 2500 to continue the case ? CONTINUE what exactly? Oh dont even get me started on their loan application…. Outrageous! Will not be continuing to do business with them anymore.

I refuse to use this lawfirm ever again, since I can’t comment on a comment I will just add it here, why call you all back when what I have to say goes in your right ear and straight out your left, that is a waste of my time and breath and phone battery life, use your head and figure out why you get bad reviews instead of asking for phone calls.

I had the opportunity to work with Timothy Dudley and his supporting team. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about them. I was surprised that everyone I came in contact within the office clearly responded to all my questions and concerns. The office team expressed themselves in the outmost professional manner. Thank you all for your continuous support and extensive work.

If you have 60,000-150,000 for them to argue your case this is the place for you. I paid about 10,000 before mediation. I was completely demolished financially.

PLEASE BEWARE of the process this company uses to contract its clients. Definitely be careful of the convenient high interest loan they immediately offer should you sound at all concerned about pricing. I realized 1 week in they were not a good fit due to their lack of transparency, lack of personal treatment and outrageous legal fees. Upon reaching out, I received auto replies saying my contacts were out until the following week. I then received an invoice for legal services provided during that time. They continued to bill me for several weeks despite my request to stop working on my case. When I tried to have a conversation explaining how I felt lied to and taken advantage of, they could honestly care less. I will be paying monthly payments on this loan for 2 years and all they did was make an already desperate situation worse. Update 11/16/23 Stephany reached out to discuss my Google review via text a little over 1 month ago. After a few emojis and promises to get back to me to see about making this right, I have not heard back since Oct 4th. Only 21 months left to pay for this unfortunate experience.

Was told a simple prenuptial review was $600. Retainer was $1,200. Called about getting the remaining retainer back, and they sent a bill for exactly $1,200. You can't even trust an attorney even when you hire them. Thanks alot Brent Mecham.
