I was told by this law firm that they would fight jurisdiction in my case. When I got to my second lawyer at this firm Timothy, decided that they were not going to fight that. He wasted all his time trying for a settlement and missed the evidence deadline, so I was unable to submit all of the evidence that I had. He wasted money by typing up several agreements that he knew I would not agree to. They had cost me $2000 a week even though nothing was done on some of these weeks. He did not represent my best interests and he did not his job as an attorney. They lied and stole from me with their billing practices. Do not hire this law firm.

As a former client, I do not recommend. I explained my situation to where my husband has pre-meditated a plan to take my money and they were sympathetic at first. As the case prolonged they had tried to work with me, but kept adding fees, fully well knowing that I didn’t have the funds. Then before Christmas of 2023 they emailed me, turning the tables onto me. Making me feel criminalized in the process. I decided to end our connection and withdraw there and then but they decided the next day to still proceed and make it as if they were the ones to withdrawal. And to this day they are still trying to charge me, even though I’m the one to withdraw. Worst experience ever. I asked them to review some income documents and get their opinion on a hour basis of what they felt appropriate alimony would be since my wife and I were trying to settle without lawyers. I did ask if my wife and I could not come to a agreement what they thought it would cost to represent me. They said if I choose them it would cost less then $1500. Instead of following my request and giving me their opinion they filed a motion with the court saying they were representing me without my permission I immediately asked that they no longer represent me. i filled a motion with the court to have them removed. They stuck me with over a $2600 bill for doing absolutely nothing. Never even received their opinion. They just found ways to charge me. I would never trust this firm.

I had spent approximately three months without my daughter and I had to deal with having only ONE supervised video call each week. It was torture, knowing I'm used to being with her every single day.
