Good listener, listened to what was important to me. Also showed me what was realistic and what was not. The longer I thought about the subject the more I understood what he was saying. An important factor to me was he did not try to go after what money I did have which allowed me to do paperwork and other information gathering. On top of it he is just a dang nice guy. I would recommend him and I will use him the next time I need him and we all will need him.
