I got a misdemeanor ticket because I was driving 25 over the speed limit. I was desperate and scared, the first lawyer I contacted made me cry talking about going to jail. I contacted David and he calms me, all the info he gave was impressive. Made me feel comfortable and was flexible with the payment. The first lawyer I contacted mentioned going to jail at least 5 times in 30mns. David mentioned going to jail just tell me it's possible but the chances are really low since it's my first traffic offense. He was really professional, not expensive at all and he definitely knows Denver court. Reduced my misdemeanor to a traffic offense and my fine was just 170 dollars. I recommend him 500%

David kept me in the loop regarding the whole process and was very straightforward regarding what he believed was possible and what I could expect from the whole process. Hopefully I won't need to hire him again any time soon but I absolutely recommend him if you need help.

I got pulled over a few months ago and got a 12 point ticket - Careless driving, speeding (15 mph over), and no proof of insurance. The cop was a pretty miserable guy and wouldn't even give me time to pull up my insurance on my phone... He just decided to include that in my ticket instead of giving me an opportunity to show it. Due to other factors including my past driving history, I was not expecting a very good outcome on this but still figured it was worth getting an attorney. David Colt ended up getting it dropped to a 3 point ticket and a $186 fine! David is very knowledgeable and a very pleasant guy to deal with. Adam, a gentleman from his office, is wonderful as well. Talking to him was actually the reason I decided to use this firm. Their cost is very reasonable for a Denver attorney, and they seem like their main concern is taking care of you. David seems to care about his clients quite a bit, and he gave me so much of his time and effort, he made me feel like I was his only case at the time. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any traffic case you have!!

I received a speeding ticket going over 25-39 MPH in a school zone, police officer wrote me up for 6 Points and a mandatory court date.
