I hired Steve Mandelaris and Patrick Welsh to assist with my personal injury case following an auto accident with a drunk driver. Steve and Patrick were incredible assets to my case, and worked literally for years until we achieved the resolution I was looking for. About a year ago my son was was in a hit and run 23 December2 days before Christmas. Needless to say they didn't presue the other driver. They charged him with everything but manslaughter.I had called several attorneys and had set appointment and they never showed. It was on a Friday evening when the Attorney I was supposed to meet didn't show. My wife and I was in a frennzy. So we were on our phones looking for someone out of the thousands Attorneys listed I picked Ann Toney I came in and told my wife this and shr gave me .her phone and there she was Ann Toney on her phone also. I said well that's my choice. Contacted her on a Saturday and we talked she made me feel so at ease . When we met her to sign all the paperwork she made us feel so welcome. She started to work and got the ball rolling. All through the process we were always in the loop.Every move she mafe she called us first to ok it. I could type for three more days. Final outcome all charges dropped my son got his life back. So the best part of this story she treated my family like it was her own blood. To this day we still speak and I consider her a very very close friend. You have to be patient she knows her Job. Let nothing get past her. The Money that I spent was so worth it and then some. Don't make a mistake and daily that wrong Attorney she is the one . She is someone that you can trust.

Ann talked to me and told me she would be willing to take my case with filing a motion. I met with her Tuesday the following week. Meeting her, she forgot even talking with my family about my case. Ann decided she wanted a few days to figure out exactly what letters I would need to gather for my case. When I followed up with her about my case she responded that my days we met were mixed up and that she was mailing me back my personal copies of documents. Today I recieved my documents as well as a letter stating she is not willing to file my motion. I’m not sure if it’s Coldoado or why people cant just be upfront and in person about what they are willling or not willing to do. Thank you for wasting my time and taking on my case being so unorganized and so unprofessional.
