Ann Toney provided me with expertise representation. She was available to meet with me the following day after contacting her, within a week of my DUI charge. She kept me organized in everything that needed to get done including my DMV hearing, court appearances and probation. I was only able to get everything completed in a timely manner due to her guidance. If you get a DUI and I hope you don't, but in the unfortunate event you do, Ann is the one you want standing by your side. Ann was very professional, friendly, and her experience shows. Mine was not the easiest case since it was not my first. She got me the best possible outcome for my case. Although it was a long process she explained every decision we made very concisely. Her base knowledge of all the judges and DA's was very helpful. I could have lost everything in my particular situation and Ann got me through it. My job had me leaving the country during my pre-trail period and Ann even managed to get the court to allow me to take that out of country work trip (when you're not even supposed to leave the state)! Ann I can't thank you enough for getting me through this very difficult ordeal! Highly recommend!

Ann is amazing! If you are reading these reviews it's because you are looking for an attorney to help you through a difficult time and you need to find representation. Ann knows the Colorado systems. She knows the patterns of the judges, DA and county courts to help give you realistic expectations, and not waste your time or money. She is extremely responsive to emails and calls. If this is your first DUI and you are reading this review, it was mine also. It will be ok, but do yourself a favor and choose great representation! Ann Toney.
