My wife is currently in the process with B&S and they have ghosted her, the initial representative did not contact us back, and now we got appointed towards a new representative and he has not upheld his promise of contacting her back. Very upset with the lack of communication. We expected better.

The first thing I asked the receptionist, Alexa, was "before I disclose the details, can you see if this case is viable for an attorney who is available." Radio silence from an uncomprehending lackey, so I said heck let's tell the story of why I'm attempting to enlist your services. 30 minutes of intake were followed by the very I was trying to preemptively avoid: giving detailed information of my case to firm that cannot take it.
