MY daughter had a tragic accident and we didn't know what we were going to do. Lauren Epke and Allan Jimenez where wonderful. They guided us thru the whole process, we would have been lost without them. They are caring and wonderful people. would recommend them to anyone needing a lawyer.

My best friend Steve asked me to write a review for him since he is busy moving today and he wanted to make sure he was heard. The first part of the process was pretty rough because of lack of communication and Steve had three lawyers before things started moving. B&S please make sure your clients are kept posted along the rocky road to a settlement, they are not lawyers and need to know what is happening. Clients would rather know where they stand than just hearing nothing. But when Lauren Epke and David Krivitz took over his case, everything changed. They answered emails and calls and kept him up to date on what was going on. They were able to settle for the highest possible offer under his circumstances. If he would have had these guys early on, 5 stars.

I would recommend this law firm to anyone who is in need! I went through a traumatic ordeal involving personal injury and when bills started to pile up we sought out representation and found this firm. I had my car accident on a Friday afternoon in October of 2015. That Sunday I went online to Bachus and Shanker's website and emailed them my issue. Within an hour I received a call from one of their representatives who took down all my information and had a lawyer come to my house, the same day, to speak with me further about my car accident. I was in pain and was not able to walk very well. He assured me Bachus and Shanker would be there to assist me with all my concerns. After my initial consultation, I signed on with Bachus and Shanker. I was assigned a Client Liaison by the name of Sara Garcia. Sara has been awesome. From my first conversation with her, she has been and continues to be attentive and caring to all my needs. She makes sure I am following my doctors instructions and is very concerned with my healing. She requests to be kept up to date with my next medical procedure(s) and follows-up with me to see how my procedure went. She always asks me how I am feeling and is compassionate about how I am coping with my day to day routines. Its so nice to have a Client Liason like, Sara Garcia, who is sincerely compassionate about my well being on my side. I am so grateful so have been assigned this delightful individual.
