Talked to an intake specialist 12/28/22 and was told an attorney would get back to me the next day. It’s the 4th of January 2023. No one has contacted me. It appears they do not care about first responders in the state of Colorado. Please take your business elsewhere.

This place is not real good. Worked with them for a year and a half. They really don't seem to care about you. They don't reach out to you, you have to reach out to them. That could take awhile. They may send u cheesy videos of what the next steps may be followed by more of nothing. If u have to undergo additional doctor visits to attempt a realistic settlement you will be paying out of pocket. They also have fees that come out of nowhere to get ur settlement check. If u go to court it's also on you which will cost thousands out of your pocket. Or they may pay for it but take it out of your final check. So yeah they file a few forms for you and collect the money at the end. Also your basically paying an additional fee for the office to keep the lights on and the toilets flushed. Once settlement occurs be planning on waiting for at least a month before you get anything. Yeah go elsewhere!!

I don’t know how to start this, I lost my son in 2021. I called Kyle Bachus and his attorneys they were there for me since day one. They were always there for me. No matter time or day. They’re a great team they do help you and I felt they truly cared. Kyle took my case and we were successful. He truly cared about me and my children. It’s almost 2 years and they still call me to see how I’m doing. They are amazing. ❤️

Sid T. took very good care of me. He took the time to explain each step of the process & asked if I had any questions, even though they send a video for each step. He worked diligently to make sure I got the best outcome for my case. If I had to do this all over again, I would not hesitate to call him to help me.

Unfortunately this company is only interested in your case as long as it is a BIG MONEY compensation case. I would not refer to these so called lawyers. Big rip off!!!
