I would recommend this law firm to anyone that wants their case handled professionally and accurate. They fought for me and my rights in my case. Chris and Ellyn were both the best. I'd would and will ask for them in the future for my needs. Thumbs up.

I was in a car accident just over a year ago. They have been exceptional in servicing my case. They take all the stress away that happens after the accident! I never knew how complicated it can get with the accident aftermath they have explained and handled everything very well! I had a pretty rough situation with an ex-employer who had underpaid me and some of my colleagues for several months. Karen O'Connor with Bachus and Schanker ended up taking our case and kept me informed the whole way. The astounding part of her job (and the reason for this review) is that towards the end of the mitigation, it became clear that Bachus and Schanker was not going to make much money on the case unless it went to trial. Karen continuously put the interests of her clients ahead of her own financial gain and we were able to resolve the issue during the mediation without having to go to trial. It's good to know that there are lawyers out there you can trust.

In 2013 I was involved in a serious work accident. It's never a good idea to navigate the insurance company by yourself. I hired Bachus & Schanker because of the great reviews and ease of getting to their office downtown. All communication was excellent and my attorney was there any time I had questions. We were referred to Bachus & Schanker after originally hiring a different firm to represent my daughter who at the time of her accident was only 15 weeks old. Her original attorney did absolutely nothing to help her. He actually suggested that we accept the insurance companies original offer of basically nothing. As a parent I wanted what was best for her- after all I knew what she had gone through, what we had gone through. This had been my first time in a car accident 🚗 . I had quite the journey of medical visit and adjusting to life in pain but they help so much with all the foot work making it easy to communicate with them through email and always giving me updates on where the process was at. I hired Bachus and Schanker after I was run over by a car in Sept. 2012 and got a very pleasing settlement check in January of 2014. Yes the process took a while, but i was very happy with my outcome. There were a few times I felt frustrated that things took a bit longer than they should have, but other than that, I had a very good experience. My paralegal was always very professional and mostly good at answering my questions. I felt like a valued client the few times I went into their office.
