Top notch law firm, and the only one I recommend in Colorado

They do not answer inmates. My son has been hoping for an answer from him and other inmates have been hope Lane would help. They are still using Porter potties on the compound. Very unstanatary. I just don't think there is a Lawyer that can help because they are inmates. True they made a mistake but should not have to live in these conditions. I really know nothing about this lawyer. I have heard he is for inmates however I believe he takes only the complaints he feels are worth take. This Lawyer Lane is on overload. I don't feel it's ever going to get resolved. It the facility. Private owned and they don't care. I really can not rate this Lawyer. As I believe he is overloaded with complaints on prisons.

First, for those of you who wrote reviews that the firm did not respond to your calls, you are the lucky ones. I hired David Lane to defend me after I was the victim of unprovoked and extreme police violence. Mr. Lane told me to plead guilty to something I did not do, he failed to interview witnesses, he did nothing to gather evidence in my defense. He took my money and violated my constitutional right to not be betrayed by my own attorney. Later I learned he was simultaneously defending (in another matter) the same police department that assaulted me and my children. He chose his side and did not disclose his conflict of interest. Evil!!!
