Where do I start??? The professionalism shown from Cornell and his staff is outstanding. A warm welcome when greeted in person or over the phone. Updates given concerning case in a timely manner, office is immaculate, staff is very friendly and treat you as family. Cornell offers sound advice and listens to your concerns (if you have any). Its unfortunate that a car accident brings you to his office but you have gained a friend for sure!!! Highly recommended.

I worked with Mr Johnson over several years starting in 2012 and, in retrospect, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a lawyer. He was nice at first, but as time went on, he belittled my son and I and even told me (as a mom) that I should “back-off” when I tried to help my adult son with ADHD prepare for his deposition (not mediation as Mr. Johnson made a point to clarify). He speaks with a nice voice and, in all fairness, is very knowledgeable but my overall experience found him short tempered and rude. This was my personal experience with him as an African America woman, beware of the smile and niceties as these are only on the surface.

I recently went to this law office for a consultation and to sign a medical disclosure form with my disabled employer, which is permissible via the ADA. We weren’t treated well and Mr Jonson seams abilist.l and insensitive to the needs and time of people who are differently able. It’s very disheartening to be treated this way when we are looking for help due to some medical circumstances my employer befell.
