Matt is not only a dependable, knowledgeable lawyer but he is also a wonderful person. His calm & confident demeanor is so reassuring when dealing with complicated legal matters - he also breaks everything down for you in layman's terms to ensure you're crystal clear on what you're getting in to. He does not advise emotionally but based on facts, but at the same time possesses an enormous amount of empathy for your situation. We needed help getting some lease agreements written up for some new property in Colorado. Matt put together the perfect lease agreement that suited exactly what we needed. He was easy to communicate with, was on time, and got us the final agreements much faster than I expected. Anything I need that he can do I plan to go back and use him each and every time because he made everything so easy on us.
