Life is crazy and things happen that we have no control over. I was rear ended in Jan of 2019 at a stop light. Unfortunately my body took a beating and my car did not. I was referred to Mr. Rosenthal by a friend who has known him for many years. I was looking for an attorney to handle a motor vehicle situation in which I was clearly not at fault but facing the prospect of losing my license because of how unfair "the system" can be to people who lack representation. Mr. Rosenthal took my call on off hours (apparently "off hours" is not a concept he is familiar with) and was able to gain a keen understanding of my predicament immediately. I instantly felt a sense of assurance knowing that I had a teammate who understood exactly what happened had the skills and experience to handle the situation. Mr. Rosenthal is clearly an expert in his field. Throughout his career he has battled for guys like me numerous times and with exceptional results. Regardless of what an "open and shut" case mine should have been, there are processes that one must still go through, hoops to jump through, if you will. Mr. Rosenthal was an absolute expert at navigating the process and was an incredible communicator all the way through. I have worked with other attorneys in the past and level of communication I received from Mr. Rosenthal and his firm was second to none. He went above and beyond the call of duty to keep me abreast of everything essentially as it happened. He made sure I was comfortable with all options and all facets of the case and how we would proceed as he crafted our strategy. He had every angle accounted for and I know he put in way more time and effort than what I ended up ultimately paying him for. Every phone call I ever made to him was either answered or returned very quickly. If you are looking for an attorney who will provide value for your hard earned money, this is unquestionably the guy. It was almost as if he got joy in working against a system that treated citizens unfairly and he fought much harder for me than I could've fought for myself if I had even known how. When we got into the courtroom, he was every bit as professional with the DA and the Judge as I would've expected him to be yet he was even tougher than I could've imagined. As the DA began to explain their side of the case, Mr. Rosenthal was able to pick it apart with facts and demonstrate without question how I was not at fault. Ultimately it was clear that I was only in violation of a very minor piece of the case (which is all fairness, I was) and I was required to pay nothing but a very small fine, which Mr. Rosenthal was able to get reduced and leave that day completely vindicated. I would never hesitate to hire Mr. Rosenthal again, nor would I hesitate to recommend him to even my closest relative or friend, especially if they were facing something serious like a DUI or personal injury. In fact, I'm not sure there is anyone's hands that I'd feel more comfortable putting them in. Since meeting Mr. Rosenthal, I have passed several people to him for their personal injury cases following car accidents or other mishaps and they have all been shown the same level of care and communication, as well as had their cases attacked by the same voracity I received. There is nobody out there who will take as much time to understand your situation or fight harder for your interests than Mr. Rosenthal.

Jeremy Rosenthal personally represented me in Denver for the duration of my case (in excess of a year). He was extremely professional and well prepared for each court appearance.
