Didn't call back after multiple calls

Thanks to the hard work of Kurt and the well coordinated efforts of his firms staff, I had a fair and favorable outcome with my case. The communication throughout the process was excellent, returning calls, emails etc. Kurt took an intelligent and experienced approach to the details of my case and I felt very comfortable in understanding and accepting his advice.
