This was the first time in my life dealing with anything related to legal action or personal injury claims. I was really nervous at first, not knowing what to expect. I can not speak highly enough of Mara and Daniela, and the work and assistance they gave me! While the crash could have been much worse, I still suffered some minor injuries. The two of them took all the time in the world to walk me through every step of the process, and made sure I was comfortable and cared for the entire time. The biggest thing for me was that they cared about my life outside of the injury claim, and were so incredibly compassionate. Saying these two were great simply wouldn't be doing it justice. Thank you both so much for everything you've done for me!

I highly recommend Kurt Zaner and staff. Although a difficult time with my daughter's car accident and multiple surgeries, they are gave me peace of mind , were positive and compassionate . Monica, Sarah, and Kurt always responded very quickly to our needs, helped with appeals and dealing with insurance companies and bills. I completely trust them and recommend you meet them to help you through as well.

Choosing a lawyer seems like an easy thing right up uyntil the moment we need to do so. In my personal injury case, I went to 3 firms prior to Zaner-Harden. What set ZH apart was that they actually listened to what I had to say, stupid questions and all, and answered me in terms I could understand, stupid questions and all. Elliot Singer, my attorney, and Monica Cherry, Paralegal non-pareil, made absolutely certain I was informed of the good as well as any bad, which is huge to me because I never felt like they were trying to obfuscate or minimize any aspects. It was just put out there as it was and options were discussed. No drama, quick acting, fully informed, AND they give u a swag bag - slightly less than the ones given at the academy awards but useful and thoughtful things nonetheless. Its just the thought here that counts. What was important at the end of the day to me was that I felt they were in the foxhole with me, not back at headquarters phoning in orders. They were informative without being condescending, thoughtful without being patronizing, and yes folks, I got PAID. In fact I am starting a business with the settlement award. I wanted to try and settle with the adjustors quick as I thought it didn't really matter if I had representation, and I wouldnt get much more and it would drag on. I got over double what I thought would be good, and the process was over in barely over a few months. Thanx so much ZH!

My wife and I hired Kurt Zaner to represent us regarding serious injuries we suffered in a car accident and he simply did a great job. Kurt is an imposing lawyer, and his knowledge, experience, reputation, and presence helped us achieve a settlement without even filing a lawsuit, through a pre-lawsuit demand and mediation. Kurt and everyone in his office were responsive, professional, and effective. We particularly liked that Kurt, while being an aggressive advocate for us, and very sympathetic to our injuries, also talked to us about the hard facts in the case and the challenges associated with a lawsuit. In short, Kurt is not just a great trial lawyer, he is also a great counselor, and those two do not always go together. We can never thank Kurt and his firm enough for their help.

I went to Zaner and Harden on a personal injury case that happened at the beginning of the year. Joe was my primary attorney on the case and worked hard as he could on my behalf. Initially, I just wanted reimbursements to cover the money I was out from the accident (mainly just hospital bills, etc.) but Joe and his team went above and beyond to make sure not only my bills were paid, but that I was taken care of as well. I used this law firm for an auto accident that I was in. I was rear ended at a stop light. The case took a year to complete because the insurance of the at fault party was from Puerto Rico and it proved to be a difficult task just getting them to communicate. Britt and his team were relentless about getting things handled properly and making sure I was taken care of. They kept me updated on everything and never minded my curious "are we there yet" emails. I can't recommend this firm enough. They are persistent, honest, strong and willing to go to bat!! Thank you all for all your hard work!!
