I was referred to Marc by another firm that deals exclusively with very high profile cases. Even though my case was a smaller one, Marc and his team were exceptionally friendly and helpful and made me feel that I was a valued client. They took care of everything, all of the insurance procedures, communications with difficult insurance adjusters, walked me through all the paperwork, and helped reach an amazing settlement. Marc was also able to refer me to an amazing chiropractor and a physical therapist that helped me recover from the accident. I would have been completely lost without their help, and will be recommending their services to anyone I know that needs a personal injury attorney. Marc Harden represented me in a motorcycle accident case. Jenny was the paralegal assigned. Marc met with me the same day I contacted their office and immediately made me feel at ease. He was warm but also determined. He called regularly to check in on my healing. Jenny always kept me informed with the ongoing processes and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. There were issues with finding Dr.s that would treat me under my health insurance, given that it was a accident case, but their office dealt with it gracefully, even when I was getting agitated, and made sure I received all the care I needed. They never made me feel stupid with legal jargon. They're just real people that help real people. They settled my case for much more than I was even expecting and did it in just over 6 months.
