I did quite a bit of research aimlessly looking for the best attorney for me and my case after receiving my second DUI. Ultimately, I hired Curt Alfrey and Associates to represent me. Mr. Alfrey and his team got to work immediately, which just so happened to be a weekend. He guided and instructed me on which steps to take first to be the most proactive for my case. He was able to save my license and keep me out of jail! He is my “go-to” attorney when I needed one the most. My 16 years old got a 6 points speeding ticket of 33 miles over the speed limit of 65mps. Mr Alfrey advised my son what classes to take before court date to impress the DA and managed to help him reduce to 2 points of defective vehicle from criminal case. Because my son got all the classes done before the court date, we able to get the issue resolve in 1st court date. Strongly recommend Mr Alfrey to anyone who need a traffic lawyer.

This past March (just over 5 months ago), I had a collision with a distracted driver who ran a red light. It completely crumpled my finances, stripped me of my means to earn money, and left me in a horrible situation. The insurance company originally said they'd take care of it and cover the time off work, but eventually just ghosted me and stopped returning my attempts to reach out and start the claims process. Meanwhile, things just getting worse and worse, and it was looking like, due to nerve damage in my left (instrument) hand, that my 30-year music career might have also been affected, which was yet another stream of income for me. I'd worked with Zinda before on another, more severe, traffic incident and remembered they took care of me, so I reached out to them, instead, to step in and deal with the insurance company to at least recoup what I'd lost in income for the time I was forced out of work by the accident. Jason Aldridge and team did just that -- they managed to get the insurance company back to the table, got what was probably the best settlement we were going to get out of the situation, and were attentive to the fact that things were tight on my end along the way. I appreciate the time and effort they put into all this, and thank everyone there again for a job well done. Thanks again, all.

Great lawyers!!! Always answer the phone, always on time, and great results!! 10/10 would absolutely recommend! I had a very serious case and I thought there's no way I'm getting out of this. I talked to like a dozen lawyers who all said I was gona do jail time. But then I talked to Nick. He asked me questions nobody else had asked and spent over an hour really getting to know my situation and all the details and that's even before I paid him anything!! That's just the kind of person he is. So anyway Nick fought my case like crazy and uncovered a "missing" video that the cops said they "forgot" about and boom there was evidence that the cops messed up their investigation and lied about it and Nick took them to task and got my case dismissed!!!! No jail time, no classes, no fines, no blower in my car, NOTHING! I still can't believe it. Nick saved my life. He's really the best around and he treats you like family like the other reviews say.
