First of all I want to start by thanking Jim and his staff for handling a case for my family, he reacted promptly and defended him against aggravated assults charges. He was able to get the case dismissed and now my brother is a free man. Thank you Jim and God bless you!!!

The team did an excellent job of handling my case. They were very knowledgeable and informative every step of the way. They were able to get my case dismissed due to their legal expertise in the case and professional working relationships with the court staff. They strive to get you best possible outcome. I came to Zinda after being hit by a car on my bike feeling extremely overwhelmed and intimidated by the process that would follow. But Christina was helpful beyond words. I work full time and go to school full time, and she worked with my busy schedule, responded to any question, call or email I sent right away, explained everything well, and dealt with my case in such a way that I feel so relived and secure with what came out of it. I retract this post that was given a 5 star rating 2 yrs ago to a 1 star ..which should have been a 1 star after the first couple months.. The first visit was as expected " we will take care of you, your needs are our most important priority, your health is what matters most"...making the client feel worthy. A dollar amt goes a long way! I have never felt the ball drop in someone's court as much as I seen it with this firm out of Denver/Texas. The lawyer from texas didnt know the statutes of colorado drivers and non insured non licensed drivers who were at FAULT in my case..which was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. After I requested mycase be handled by a more "competent" lawyer, I was ignored, the $$ owed to me wouldnt get mailed to me for WEEKS (this was after numerous messages left week after week) , it seems like I didn't matter and constantly misconceived. Until you get VERY VERY upset, is when you MIGHT get a non empathetic call back.

Christina was incredibly helpful, patient, and compassionate. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and is a fantastic advocate for her clients. I would recommend her expertise to anyone I know!
