WISDOM STRENGTH AND PEACE OF MIND The above is Sarah Scherer and Carolyn Wiley of The Harris Law Firm 's statement on their business format. Well, this describes me, my life. Strength came first along with self imposed determination and passion. Wisdom that is gained from experiences, thus the learning process called life and results from decisions that we make along the path. Harris Law Firm will create the Peace of Mind part, on lawfully assignment of assets on my Will. I find both Sarah Scherer and Carolyn Wiley to be professional & easy to work with and look to them for insight as to how to lawfully protect and assign my assets. I am very happy to have found them!!

My consultation was with Sarah Scherer. Sarah was friendly, sympathetic, and very professional, which immediately put me at ease.

CAUTION!! Definitely feel like I was taken advantage of by this firm. You hire an attorney because you need help. Well, all I can say is that the Harris Law Firm did not care to help me. They assigned my case to an attorney who barely has any experience in family law. He would talk over me all the time, I could never get a word in. I never felt heard by my attorney. It was extremely clear to me that he never really looked at my file and all of the evidence that I submitted. When I needed him most, he was all over the place and didn’t follow through on the things he said he could do for me. In the courtroom, it was embarrassing. The line of cross examination questions my attorney had were a joke; the big, most important things that needed to be brought up to the judge and opposing party, weren’t. The outcome of each day spent in court were some of the most awful days of my life because I was not represented the way I should have been represented. The amount of tears shed during this process because of this firm was outrageous considering the amount of money I was paying them. You know you see things in the news about how our judicial system is so messed up, well I can now say I’ve experienced that first hand and attorneys and judges don’t care about you, or your children, at all. All they care about is charging you an arm and a leg to make their own lives better. I even tried to reach out to their “we care” team (and I was told they would reach out to me weekly - but they only ever contacted me maybe 3 times in the 4 months my case went on for) to express my disappointment and frustration. They wouldn’t follow up with me. Seemed they would rather ignore that there was an issue then confront it head on and actually help me. I even tried to call several times to reach a partner of the firm to get my case reassigned. You know how they handled it? They had my assigned attorney contact me and tell me it would only cost me more money to get a new attorney. To say I’m disappointed in my representation from this firm is an understatement. If you’re a single mother and need help, REAL help, do NOT hire this firm! If only time travel were real; I’d go back and never would have given a penny to this law firm.

I'm looking for my 3rd lawyer to represent me and the Harris Law Firm, specially Kara Martin was very helpful. She was knowledgeable and gave great information. I look forward to working with their team!

Mediator did port job keeping discussions on track and productive. Didn’t even provide paper work in format court would accept and was no help with filing. Look elsewhere.

Very helpful and advised me in the best direction

They did nothing to help me obtain child support, I spent over 5k with them, and I had to pay for a Public investigator myself, and pay for every email, phone call etc.... When I ran out of money after they took my savings, as a single mother of two children with no child support. I turned to them for help, they dismissed me, took my money, and turned me away to go through the county for child support. They did nothing, but take my savings. Money I could of used to provide for my children.
