I needed assistance to establish a program to lease my Citation part-time as a way to offset some minimum hours charges. I was working with an FBO who has done this many times. BizJet law has set up all the things that are legally required. We were not doing it exactly by the book, leaving us exposed to potential problems, including lack of insurance coverage on leased hours (even though all pilots are named insured). BizJet Law negotiated for us to verify the insurance. At the same time, we learned that a previous avionics installation was done improperly, causing structural fatigue issues. They helped us with this as well. We are very grateful.
