There are some integrity issues, as I spoke with consultant Derek Eichenwald about estate planning and other financial services. He explained the process for the free consultation and the system they use would require me to gather my financial information and submit it to a link that he would email me. Towards the end of our video chat he told me he had other affairs he had to attend later that day and he would send the email later in the evening or the next day. This was Sunday December 10th and the email link was to be send no later than Monday December 11th as of this posting on December 17th still no email or even a phone call to inform me of what happened. Good business practices require integrity if you say you’re going to do something carry out on what you say, if I can’t trust what you say than I definitely can’t trust what is in writing if we ever did business together. Triumph Capital Management might be a nice firm but apparently I’ve had other experiences that wasn’t to good.

I don’t trust a company with my money that won’t even respectfully respond to emails and voicemails to simply confirm an appointment time.
