After my wife was in an accident, resulting in injury and necessary surgery, the insurance company fought our claim for over a year. There's no way we would have received the money due to us from the insurance company without the help of Jeremy. In the end, after Jeremy met with them numerous times, submitting mounds of paperwork, and fighting the insurance company on our behalf, Jeremy got us the full maximum amount due to us without requiring a lawsuit.

While other attorney's would not take my unusual case or even return a phone call, Jeremy Rosenthal listened, understood my suffering and immediately took it on. My injuries being neurological, not physical and showing an indiscriminate amount of future earnings loss, Mr. Rosenthal refused to accept the few thousand dollars originally offered by the insurance company and fought to net me a six figure settlement. This is a man you want on your side and I cannot say enough about Jeremy and his staff for being in my corner!

Mr. Geman, Mr. Ollom, and Ms. Vitatoe were incredibly beneficial throughout the court system process. They were transparent and professional along the entire way. Their patience and expertise allowed for seamless communication. Not once was I talked down to or ignored. It exceeded my expectations.
