My experience with attorney Jim Medley was very professional and his staff was very friendly. His wonderful staff made sure my son and I felt comfortable at his office, and I was kept informed of my son's case. Mr. Medleys office is centrally located downtown Houston, close to the courthouse which makes it easy to see Mr. Medley and go directly to the courthouse. Mr. Medley is very straight forward when it came to my son's case. Mr. Medley was able to explain the law to my son and I, and our options according to the law. He is knowledgeable about the law and was able to achieve quick results and judgement from court without many lost days from work. Mr. Medley's demeanor in court is excellent, and with his knowledge of the Harris County court system resulted in an amicable and quick resolution between the court and my sons' case. I highly recommend attorney Jim Medley to anyone who needs legal, criminal advice, or his expertise. I also just hired Mr. Medley to expunge my sons' record

As father of a young man that got a DWI 5 days after graduating high school, I wanted to ensure he received the very best legal advice. I received a mailer from Jim Medley & Associates, P.C.; I remember how much more professional his mailer was compared to the other mailers I had received in the mail. I called some of the other law offices and they did not offer any professional advice or programs for my sons case. As he was under age at that time. Jim Medley's staff offered to assist us by offering options other than just going through the motions of a DWI. They brought to our attention that there was a program my son could participate in to have this removed from his record. None of the other law offices mentioned any other options. Not many times in my life have I been as worried about a situation as the one Jim Medley assisted me with. The process of beating this bogus charge took about 7 months and the wait made it worse. Jim Adler (The Texas Hammer) wishes he could be half as tough and smart as Jim Medley. Actually I think Chuck Norris isn't as tough as Jim but that's not why you should hire him. Hire him because he has knowledge and experience as a former cop, more degrees and certifications than the opposition, and a winning track record. That's what you need. A WINNER. Jim Medley is a straight shooter, his staff are all great and very pleasant to deal with, and his service is a great value. A bad lawyer could be very expensive in the long run. Mr. Geman is as good as it gets..if you are in trouble, please call him A.S.A.P. He was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I am going to recommend him to anyone I come across that is dealing with a DUI. He was able to get me a deferred sentence and it was dropped down to "Wreckless". I will not have a DUI on my record because of Mr. Geman, so if you are trying to find a lawyer who listens, understands, and will give you 100%...look no more. He was always available to talk to, he has an awesome online website to communicate, upload documents, make payments, and he responds so quickly!
