I wish I can give more than 5 stars! I had a hard situation that could’ve had a bad outcome and I couldn’t have chosen anyone else to represent me I am more than glad and extremely grateful for choosing Jim Medley as my attorney to represent me in this case! I cant express more than enough that I hired the right person to get me out of what I had gotten myself into. Amazing work, very good at explaining everything so you can understand better. Personally saved me a few thousand dollars during my legal battle, and was extremely profesional throughout. Specifically for DUI cases he’s the go to man!

Dustin Fossey and his excellent paralegal Jason got us out of a really tight spot after many months of battling our auto manufacturer about a vehicle we had purchased new that was unsafe to drive and regularly broke down without warning. We had worked with another lemon law firm before Fossey Law, and that process both felt disorganized and did not lead to a satisfactory result. Communicating and coordinating with Dustin and Jason was fast and efficient, and they were available whenever we needed including when they were on vacation. Just can’t say enough good things about Fossey Law.

My son was recently falsely accused of some very serious crimes and it shattered my world!!! He's ALWAYS been a good kid. With me in Michigan, living paycheck to paycheck, I didn't know what to do. I'd rather die than see my son go to prison for things he didn't do. His uncle found Nick and they agreed to let me make payments. I felt much more at ease knowing my son would have proper representation. So I continued to do all I could, which was PRAY. A LOT!!! And I'll b darn if on his 1st court date, ALL CHARGES GOT DISMISSED!!! I cried (tears of joy) and thanked God and Nick that whole day!!! I just still can't even believe it. This girl tried to send my son to prison for years!!!! And Nick, did his thing, and BAM!!! ALL CHARGES DISMISSED!!!! I couldn't b a happier mom!!!
