Bourassa Law Group represented me, not once, but twice and both times was the BEST experience, never let me down. I was working with Kylie. She was always on time on calls emails and texts, fast response. they were always on top of my paperwork always on time. Explain to me what was going on never let me in the blue, headache free. Jen My Lawyer was very understanding and very smart. She listen to me she guide me in the right direction in my case. I felt very comfortable around them made me feel very important. I called to complain about the lack of communication I was receiving days after my accident after I signed my fee agreement I heard from no one. They stated they would call me right back regarding medical care. No call.
I called the next day and they stated I should check my email address regarding an update. Searched through my email with them on the line, nothing. They couldn’t even correctly send an email to inform me they wouldn’t represent me. They even goofed that.
