Mr. Pisani represented my daughter who was involved in a traffic accident. I had a list of lawyers I was going to call and, luckily, Mr. Pisani was the first on my list. After talking to him for some time, I was confident he would be the right choice. He explained the options clearly, followed up with us throughout the process, and his pleasant demeanor, knowledge, patience (with a concerned and slightly panicky parent :) ) made a stressful experience so much easier. Mr. Pisani is an excellent attorney who is also compassionate and genuinely concerned for his client. The outcome of our case was better than we expected. I was in a motocycle accident in November, 2013. I hit a piece of debris on the road on Yosemite at 7;30 at night, went over and slid 200 ft. Police report said I hit a car, but no claim was filed against my insurance. I was very dazed from the accident--I was wearing a full helmet and riding gear--and when questioned by the police I had no idea what was being asked or by whom. I do recall a person saying, "sorry to do this", and receiving a ticket for careless driving, 4 pts plus fine. I contacted Ross Koplin, who gave me a set fee that I considered reasonable. He got the ticket reduced to a lower charge, two points. I considered it worth every penny on the insurance savings alone. Ross handled everything; I did not have to make an appearance. Previous experiences with other lawyers made me less than enthusiastic about using one again, but I do feel that my experience with Ross Koplin was very positive. I hope to never have to use him again, but if a situation arises, he'll be the first person I call.

I came to Mr. Koplin with a very uniquely tough situation, not having a driver's license and looking at some serious penalties for being HTO with two open DUR cases. I told him my main objective was to get my driver's license back and furthermore not go to jail. After dissecting my driving record Ross was able to point out the offenses that caused me to lose my driver's license and put together a map of how to achieve my goal outcome. Not only was he successful in helping me obtain a fully valid driver's license he also played a big role in beating my open DUR cases and keeping me from any potential jail time. It changed my life! He was very helpful, replied promptly, and charged reasonably. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Koplin to others or use him again in the future.
