Tristen and Mr. Pisani were very kind, communicative, and timely. This was my first time dealing with a traffic violation of this nature, and both Tristen & Mr. Pisani took the time to break down the steps of action for me with consideration and a helpful attitude. I truly believe the firm did their best to give me the most satisfactory outcome for my case, and would definitely recommend them to anyone seeking guidance, especially as a first timer because their rates were very reasonable and affordable.

Wow. I called to try to see if my case was deserving of an attorney to represent me. The receptionist transfered me straight to Ross Kaplan who was the rudest person ive ever spoke to. He spoke over me, didnt even try to listen to any general circumstances and persisted to bark 3000$ and i can represent you, without even listening to what happened at all. Then he immediatly hung up on me. I maybe got 6 words out in the entire conversation. He was rudely rushing me off the phone.
