I moved to the USA from Canada in 2004 in an interoffice transfer. Dave had my L1A visa and my family's L2 visas approved within 14 days of application, and after moving here started my application for permanent residency. We made application for our Green Cards in summer 2005 and all 6 members of my family were approved by spring 2006. I have refered other Canadians working in the USA to Dave for their immigration issues, and everyone I have sent to him come back amazed by his speed and results!

Got my H1-B in days. Now I am in the proccess of getting Green Card, everything going well.

Dave has handled all of my immigration cases since I arrived in the US in 2001. These have included H1-B visas (with 3 renewals), Employment Authorization, Travel Parole and the complete I-485 process, "US Green Card", recently completed in Sep 2008. Any one of these processes can be quite daunting to someone like me, who was new to the USCIS Immigration process. In addition, each case can generate an large amount of required paper work. With Dave’s diligence and extensive Immigration experience applied to each case and his expert advice, I really found the whole process seamless. I think the best testament I can offer is that all of these cases were successfully approved. Great job Dave.
