I am going through an extremely contentious custody case with my ex. I initially hired a different lawyer but I didn't trust she could do the job. Then found Harris Law Firm. From the start of being evaluated to see who would be the best attorney to "match" what I was looking for in an attorney to hiring Kim Gent for representation, it was a great process. The team at Harris Law Firm reach out on a regular basis to ensure you are happy with your legal team, which I find amazing. They have webinars to help parents during this trying process and I couldn't be more happy. It is worth every penny. It might be on the higher end as far as attorney fees but I am telling you, you do not want to cheapen out for mediocre representation. Kim and her paralegal, Maureen, are knowledgable, professional, calm, responsive, and really make you feel they are in your corner. It is simple, hire Harris Law Firm.

Thank you Peter Goldstein and all at Harris Law Firm! This is the place to go if you are a dad stuck in a legal battle with your ex-wife. From the first consultation to the end, Peter was professional and responsive. When opposing counsel was out of control, uninformed, and bashing, Peter kept his calm and refused to engage at her level. He used the law and helped settle the dispute. The Harris Law Firm may be a bit more expensive, but they are worth it. I am grateful for Peter, Maureen, Brook, Laurie and all who helped with my case! I hope I never need them again, but I would call without hesitation! I don't think you can go wrong with these people on your team!

My attorney was beyond amazing. For the first time in 8+ years, I felt as if I really had a champion for me, and someone in my corner. My attorney felt as personally involved as I was in my case. I gave them the 2500 retainer and talk to heather white for 1 hour and she said its unethical to take my case because i didnt have enough money to thow down on the case "it took me a little to come up with that money" so i said ok and got another lawyer and for that hour call to say its unethical to take the case, they charged me 1100 for and im still waiting for my money. I think the only thing this law firm cares about is your money

I am a little late with my promise but with the Holidays coming up, I have been reminded of the great assistance The Harris Law Firm has provided me and my family over the past year. I had been going through a 5 year rollercoaster of a custody battle where I had felt that I was not given a fair shake to be with my daughter. Javed explained plainly why certain information was important and what the rational was from a court perspective. He made sure that as a regular person there was a clear understanding for me of what obstacles and advantages we would face in court. Javed made me feel like he was on the same page but also highlighted why certain lines of thinking may not be in line for the desired outcome and why alternate paths would be better advised.
