I met James Waite at a ARA meeting in Iowa and as a new rental store owner, I was looking for some legal advice on my rental contracts. I would HIGHLY recommend him for anybody looking for professional legal advice in the rental industry. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the help and advice that he gave on setting up my rental contracts and also on how fast the process went. What seemed like a hard and complicated process, James made simple and easy.

Being totally new to the "rental world", Mr. Waite was extremely helpful and patient with us! We were concerned with him being in a different state but he handled our "Terms & Conditions" contract perfectly. His office staff are equally helpful and proficient, we always felt our needs were taken care of in a timely and professional matter, in fact we would recommend Mr. Waite to anyone needing his services.

James and his staff were very knowledgeable and steadfast in their help for my company in preparing contracts. He took the time to explain why certain wording was included and why it would be wise to include other items that I had given no thought to. I have gone back to him with follow up questions and he is always quick to respond.

When I heard Attorney Waite on a conference call I immediately called and spoke to him directly. He answered my questions in easy to understand terms - rental talk- and why. There were leaks in our contract that were pointed out and his contract has given me more of a piece of mind and leverage when and if we have to move forward with collection or liability issues.

Through our equipment rental association contacts, I was introduced to Mr Waite to provide an overview for our rental agreement. Ours was outdated and was in need of updating. Throughout the process, Mr Waite and his staff were very helpful and responsive to my questions. He was very knowledgeable in my field which greatly helped in understanding my needs. They were very prompt in getting everything done in a timely manner. I highly recommend him for council in any legal matters.
