I hired James Margulis after fleeing with my children from California to get out of an abusive marriage. Mr. Margulis immediately knew what we needed to do to ensure my husband was unable to come and take the children from me. Within 24 hours he had filed all needed paperwork and I was on my way to having temporary custody. After a Colorado judge approved temporary custody, Mr. Margulis then went on to help me keep the restraining order against my husband in place. He was phenomenal in court, straight to the facts with excellent communication skills. Anytime I needed him, he was available on his cell phone immediately. He clearly answered all my questions in a kind, straight forward manner. He was honest on fees. Mr. Margulis has a compassionate heart along with the fight of a lion. I trust this man.
