Jim Medley and his staff are amazing, very helpful, and guided me through every step of my proceeding. After hearing the details of my case, Jim quickly organized a defense plan and kept me updated throughout the duration of the case. The case ended in dismissal thanks to the efforts of Mr. Medley. I was charged with my 3rd DWI(Felony)on the 4th of July. My blood was more than twice the legal limit and I failed the sobriety test. I also had a felony DWI reduced to a misdemeanor in 2017 so I was facing serious jail time because of my record. Jim was able to get my charge reduced again to a misdemeanor with only 2 years probation and NO jail time. This was literally a "Miracle"!! Misty and his staff were amazing.
