I am forever grateful to Law One for their incredible assistance with my complex case. Initially, I worked with a well-known Denver firm that, after 1.5 years, told me there was no chance of success. I had Joe Elio for my highly contest custody case for ~4yrs. At first, he started to be good at negotiating several stipulations but when it came to going to trial, he and his team did the minimal work which resulted in losing the hearing and Joe E. throwing a literal temper tantrum in front of the judge. If you are going to trial, don’t use him or his firm. He is ok at negotiating. Recently found out that the Privet investigator who referred Joe E to me no longer does business with him nor refers him to her clients.

This place just went down hill . They close your account with out any notice or without your permission . They don’t communicate about attorney’s leaving the firm . Front receptionists appear to be all over the place . This firm is shady . Would not recommend. Take your money somewhere else . Don’t waste your time , it will literally be wasted .

This is the worst law firm!!! Don’t waste your time with them, if I detailed every terrible experience I had with them this review would be pages long. In short: the original lawyer I was working with was fired during my case, they sent me to doctors an hour and a half away from my home, I had to hound them to get me to care closer to my house after being in a car accident and it took months for them to change it, they didn’t get me a very good settlement after 3 years and not going to trial, 4 years later I found out they didn’t pay for the very first bill I incurred even after presenting it to them multiple times during the case, and can’t even keep two appointments I’ve made to discuss this bill after it ruined my credit score from going to collections. Just completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I have several cases we are working on with this group and I have received stellar care. They also are very conscious of trying to resolve the case quickly to save money if you so feel inclined. Very professional, timely, and extremely knowledgeable!
