I cannot say enough great things about Law One, Joe, Pennie and his team. I have a handicap son who needed representation. My fear was that an attorney would judge him or laugh or worse take advantage of him. After meeting Joe Elio and learning more about his practice I was more confident than the previous lawyers I had spoken with. My son told me that Joe and Pennie made him feel important, made him feel that he mattered and went above and beyond to get to know him and represent him impeccably well. Best Notes: • Organization • Determination • Follow through • Minimal stress for the client • Thorough explanations • Hard hitting negotiations Until you have worked with a team like Law One, you have no basis to understand what does make a good law firm, in practice, not just advertising hype. Before Law One, I never used the same law firm twice. While part of this was different types of life legal situations, part was not being satisfied. Usually, walking away feeling like I had in some way been manipulated, ripped off, only once before now feeling fairly benign in that the need ended. There is not contest between the expertise of Mr. Elio’s team and the poor experiences. As to the benign experience, Mr. Elio and his team were far better than neutral/comparable, as they were stronger in making sure I understood options and potential costs in effort. Now I know I have found my forever law firm. If they don’t cover the law area I need, I know they will find me a competent law firm who does. I now understand a competent legal firm is organized, timely, courteous, considerate, has a detailed knowledge of the medical insurance industry, the law, and is capable of working around the client if need be. Law one is just such a firm. I not only recommend them, but would use them again.
