Nick was incredibly generous with his time as I stumbled through my list of questions. Not just knowledgeable and helpful, but genuinely kind as well.

All of the cost, zero help. Had to negotiate everything to have my existing lawyer draw up the details to send to Thomas for me to sign. Find a way to do it yourself and save $12+K. Really an unfortunate mistake to higher.

Worked with Josh on a unique business setup for a web3 cooperative. He listens to needs, helps navigate complex constraints, and is extremely well studied. Make sure your expectations on timeline and availability are reasonable. We had a very tight turnaround, and Josh worked with us to get things turned around as best as he could (even through the new year). Solid work takes time and iteration, so plan ahead! Cost is well worth the attention to detail and professionalism! We will continue to use Troxel Fitch for legal in the future.
