Working with Sarah was grounding and incredibly helpful. I saw her shortly after a traumatic car accident and felt supported through a legal process that was overwhelming and felt completely unnavigable by myself. She is adept, efficient, and super smart. If I had to move through the legal process all over again, the only thing I would do differently is to see Sarah sooner. I highly recommend working with this patient, sharp, and kind soul.

Zaner Harden was fantastic. I worked with Kurt Zaner after a workplace injury. He and his team were top notch. Extremely helpful in explaining the process and making sure that I had a full understanding of all of my options. His team went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were taken care of and no stone was left unturned in creating my case. They also made great recommendations when I needed to visit other doctors and work with other lawyers for different parts of my case. Sitting in a hospital room with my 94 year old mother; she facing a long and painful recovery, and me facing a pile of bills and three insurance companies; I knew we were in for a major downgrade in our lives. Hey anyone needing or thinking about using this law firm stop thinking and honestly do it!! I was in a pretty bad car accident about 2 years ago and we settled today and honestly I couldn't be happier; not because of the money but for the fact that Kurt listened to me every step of the way only giving advise and confidence. In the car accident I had to get 2 surgeries and now have a 14" scar running down my stomach and I honestly can't thank Kurt, Sarah, and last but certainly not least Monica enough, they all worked so hard for me when I couldn't and listened to every little complaint or dumb question I had along the way! Honestly if y'all are looking at this thank you and anyone thinking about using them stop thinking and do it because it will be the best decision you will ever make and be the best thing you do in your time of need! I will recommend these guys forever and always be thankful they came into my life in my darkest hour!<3

After being hit in a crosswalk by an inattentive driver while riding my bicycle to work in 2017, I was left with a shattered right knee. After spending the next two and one half years in and out of the hospital for eight surgeries and months and months of physical therapy, the driver’s insurance company was offering numbers that can only be described as ludicrous. In December of 2019, we were at a standstill. Then there was covid19. Trial dates were set, then rescheduled and rescheduled again then canceled. At this point it was looking like years until a conclusion. Kurt and Sarah, my attorneys, were able to get the insurance company to a reasonable settlement number. It was not what we had hoped for, but it was reasonable and way above what they were originally offering. If we could have had our day in court, I and Zaner Harden Law are sure we could have done much much better, and I would have really liked to see Kurt in front of a jury! Kurt, Sarah and the Zaner Harden team were sympathetic, professional, thorough and fierce advocates for my case. I would and do recommend them to friends and loved ones without hesitation.
